Client-side QR generation

QR code generation happens in your browser. The site does not require an account or hosted database to create static QR codes. The QR payload may also appear in the page URL hash when a tool pre-fills the generator, so avoid entering confidential details into QR codes intended for public sharing.

Information you enter

You are responsible for the content, links, contact details, Wi-Fi credentials, and other information you encode into a QR code. Do not enter information you do not want to share through the finished QR code.

Files and hosting

QR For Everyone does not host user files. PDF and document QR codes require a public URL for a file that is already hosted elsewhere.

Static QR data is shareable

A static QR code contains the data or link you encode. Anyone who can scan or inspect the finished code may be able to read that payload or open the destination. Do not encode passwords, private documents, internal preview links, or personal information unless sharing that information is intended and lawful.

Advertising and analytics

The site may display ads to help keep the tool free. Advertising partners, including Google AdSense if enabled, may use cookies or similar technologies to measure ads, prevent abuse, and show relevant advertising according to their own policies.

If analytics are added, they should be used to understand aggregate page performance, errors, and popular content. QR For Everyone does not require an account.

Your choices

You can control browser cookies, clear local browser data, or use browser privacy tools. Some advertising or analytics features may not work when cookies or scripts are blocked.
